Through our platform, we connect customers with registered shops and create a structured shopping and reward experience through our dedicated Customer Mobile Application.
Our company does not manufacture, sell, or distribute any products of its own. Instead, we act as an intermediary platform that helps customers discover and shop from local partner merchants. When customers make purchases from shops connected to our system, the merchants pay a service charge to the Company for the customer acquisition and business support services we provide. A portion of this service charge revenue may be distributed back to customers through our internal reward and community profit model, creating a customer-benefit ecosystem.
The Customer App is designed to make the shopping experience simple, transparent, and rewarding. Customers can register through a referral system, explore registered shops, make purchases directly from those shops, and submit their purchase bills through QR code scanning for reward verification. Once a purchase is verified by the merchant and the related service charge is received by the Company, customers may receive reward points equal to their purchase amount, which are credited into their Point Wallet within the app.
Our reward system is designed to encourage regular shopping within our merchant network. As customers accumulate reward points, they may become eligible for Token generation based on predefined point milestones. These Tokens operate within our internal reward structure and may participate in the Company’s Community Profit system, where a portion of operational earnings from merchant service charges may be distributed according to system rules and business performance.
We also believe in the power of community growth. Through our referral system, customers can invite other customers and even help local merchants join our platform. Eligible customers may receive referral-based benefits and merchant referral income based on platform rules, support responsibilities, and actual business activity. However, all such benefits are conditional and subject to compliance with our Terms and Conditions.
